London traffic, parking costs and travel time make in-person MIAMs impractical for many people. Our service is fully online and accessible from any device.
Need your C100 or Form A urgently? We issue MIAM certificates on the same business day after your appointment, so you can submit your court application without delay.
Including evenings, ideal for parents with work commitments or unpredictable schedules.
London mediation services are generally more expensive. Digital MIAM keeps pricing transparent and affordable.
All MIAMs are carried out by accredited, professional mediators meeting Family Mediation Council standards.
Your MIAM is private, judgment-free, and focused solely on helping you understand your options and fulfil your court requirement.
Your Digital MIAM certificate is accepted at all London Family Courts, including:
Central Family Court (Holborn)
West London Family Court (Willesden)
East London Family Court (Bow)
Barnet Civil & Family Court
Croydon Family Court

London families experience a wide range of separation, parenting and financial issues. Common themes include:
London’s diverse parenting situations — dual households, blended families, shift work, international travel — often lead to disagreements around schedules and communication.
London’s high living costs often create disagreements about rent, mortgages, equity, and living arrangements after separation.
London cases often involve relocation, passports, overseas travel or cultural differences in parenting.
We regularly support clients who require urgent MIAM certificates to file a C100 or Form A due to time-sensitive issues.
If your case involves child arrangements, you may be eligible for the government’s £500 Mediation Voucher, which reduces the cost of mediation sessions after your MIAM. Your mediator will confirm eligibility during your appointment.
Complete your MIAM online with an accredited mediator. No travel, no delays - certificates accepted by all London Family Courts
The first step in family mediation is the MIAM — the Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting. It's a short, private meeting between you and a qualified family mediator, not a joint session with the other person involved. If you want to apply to a family court — for example for a child arrangements order — you'll usually need a MIAM certificate before the court will accept your application. And if you both decide to go ahead with mediation, each of you attends your own MIAM first.

Our qualified mediators are trained with the Family Mediation Council, and specialists in areas like child inclusive mediation, neurodiverse family mediation, domestic abuse, culturally aware mediation and complex asset mediation
On completing your MIAM, if your mediator deems mediation to be unsuitable in your case, you can request they provide you with the relevant court certificate. Once the mediator signs the form, your certificate is available to download securely from your Digital MIAM dashboard. Typically, certificates are available within an hour of the MIAM session, but please confirm this with your mediator at the end of the MIAM.
A MIAM (Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting) is a short, confidential meeting with a qualified family mediator. It’s the first step in resolving family disputes without going to court. During the session, the mediator explains the mediation process and assesses whether mediation is suitable for your situation. You must attend a MIAM before applying to the family court for issues such as child arrangements or financial settlements, unless you’re exempt.
A MIAM is legally required before you can apply to the family court for most child or financial matters. Mediation is often faster, less stressful, and more cost-effective than going to court. The MIAM also helps identify risks and ensures you’re aware of all available options.
Digital MIAM streamlines the entire process, so getting access to you MIAM certificate or starting mediation is quick and hassle-free
