Rebecca is a trained family mediator registered with the Family Mediation Council and a member of the Family Mediators Association, currently working towards full FMC accreditation. She brings an exceptionally diverse professional background spanning midwifery, NHS management, education governance, and early years family support — a breadth of experience that gives her a distinctive blend of empathy, professionalism, and practical insight. Calm and compassionate by nature, Rebecca is driven by a belief in the power of effective communication to reduce conflict and help families find clarity and a way forward.
Gurjit is a family solicitor and trained mediator who qualified as a solicitor in 1999, bringing over 25 years of experience in family dispute resolution across child arrangements and complex financial matters including businesses and pensions. Registered with the Family Mediation Council and a member of Resolution, she completed her family mediation training in 2025 and is a keen advocate of non-court dispute resolution, with a focus on helping parties narrow issues and find workable solutions. Gurjit is also a longstanding member of Reunite, supporting parents of children abducted to non-Hague countries, and is fluent in Punjabi, Urdu, and Hindi — bringing an important cultural and linguistic dimension to her work with diverse communities.
Daveena is a qualified solicitor and trained family mediator who brings an exceptional depth of legal experience to her mediation practice, including nine years as a public law children solicitor, a senior case management role at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, and work on a high-profile public inquiry. Registered with the Family Mediation Council and a member of the College of Mediators, she completed her family mediation training in 2024 and is committed to helping families resolve conflict in ways that create lasting, empowering solutions. Her broad legal background gives her a distinctive ability to navigate complex, sensitive situations with clarity, impartiality, and care.



Romina is an FMC-accredited family mediator and Professional Practice Consultant with a background in law and commercial technology sales. She has worked across a wide range of cases including parental disputes, financial settlements, and workplace conflicts, bringing an approach that is empathetic but purposefully focused on resolution. In 2024 she qualified as a PPC, enabling her to train and mentor mediators working towards FMC accreditation. She is also the founder of Digital MIAM (2025), an online platform making MIAM appointments more accessible, and The Family Mediation Project, a free plain-English resource on mediation and the family court process in England and Wales.
Tamsin is a fully accredited family mediator (FMCA) and qualified Child-Inclusive Mediator, having trained with National Family Mediation and achieved full FMC accreditation in 2021. Before moving into mediation, she earned a Law Diploma through CILEX and worked as a Family Contact Worker, facilitating contact sessions between separated parents and their children — an experience that gave her a grounded understanding of the emotional and practical challenges families face after separation. That background continues to shape her empathetic, child-focused approach to mediation today.
Daniel is an experienced family solicitor and accredited family mediator with over a decade of experience supporting families through separation and divorce, covering child arrangements, financial settlements, and relationship breakdowns. He takes a calm, client-focused approach, believing that collaborative out-of-court solutions lead to more durable outcomes for families. Known for being a keen listener, Daniel supports clients through emotionally and financially sensitive discussions with empathy and clarity, and offers mediation both in person and online.
